I feel great all the training I do various martial arts , etc find need to ease back a little old injuries don’t recoup like young days. That’s why I said about restarting course with lesson 1,2,3 for 2 weeks and then add lesson 4 for 2 weeks then drop add lesson 5 till all the way through to perpet...

Starting over

About to restart course over like from day one. Any others do the same from time to time to give it a reboot? Also going to start cycling workouts on some days to help recuperation . Still train 6 days but m-w-f push the reps and tension as much as possible with out straining. Then t-th- s cut back ...

Sometimes it’s hard to remember where we are today verses where we were. More so if you been active all your life and in shape. This is the best way thought start a little today if that’s all you can in time it will pay off.

Henry , i remember the film being advertised but never saw it. He even wrote a book while in prison on exercise dont no anything about his book. Did you see the movie ? How was it if you did.

Charles Bronson

Heard that Charles Bronson did a lot of isometric exercises daily along with push-ups between milk crates, sit-ups,and rope climbing using hands only. Diet they said he practiced push always meaning not over eating and watching what he ate. It worked well for him he maintained a musclur build.

Great to be outside in the fresh air walking. Nothing like a walk in nature enjoying nature , the sights , sounds.
