I've always had the understanding that sit-ups done fast or slow you are risking (over time)back injury, and that crunches are the safer way. I've read and heard this from many fitness experts. Atlas vitamens and supplements

I'm curious to know if anyone uses any of the Atlas ltd. supplements like the vitamen E, Magnesium, Protien drink, ect. How do you like them? Do they get any results? how often do you use them?
