Do not focus on the politics of The Olympics, focus on each athlete. It took years for them to get to where they are today. Training, struggling, and achieving. When you feel like you aren't motivated to exercise remember that your body craves it. Your body was not meant to sit around. It was meant to move. So even if you get started exercising a little at a time it will be beneficial for your body, mind and spirit.
