Goat Milk

These days me and my wife have been buying (Canadian) goat milk, and it's pretty good taste much the same as cows milk. I've always bought the 3.25% milk, cow or goat. I don't drink much usually just a cup on my morning muesli cereal and maybe in an evening cocoa beverage. Goats milk is said to have...

Re: TIME TO HELP INSPIRE SOMEONE ELSE

I live in a 1982 apartment building that is mostly older folks and is very social, two 16 story buildings set on an old estate that has a large green area with trees. I go to the Fitness Center in the building where most of the guys walk on the treadmills. One fellow has a fitness watch and say's he...

Re: HAPPY SPRING

Spring was late here in SW Ontario Canada. I live in an apartment on the 15th floor, suddenly looking out from my place is a sea of green. My town of almost 400,000 is also called the forest city, houses below disappear hidden by the trees. There are many trails around and being retired make use of ...

The Mirror

I'm not a big fan of mirrors in exercise studios but have been going down to the apartment building Fitness Center and they have full length mirrors. Doing my Dynamic Tension exercises in front of the mirror is very good, you get a look at your muscles working. The FC is usually empty except the occ...

Re: wish i started when i was younger

I originally bought the Atlas course back in 1970 UK, the thing then was not having the discipline to train properly and daily. I spent more time reading than doing. Much later years I developed discipline, nowadays at 65 work quite hard.
