I wasn't feeling down but on the weekend went to a Fitness Seminar, which was a group workout. Doing exercise as a group gets you motivated and feel happy. I've retired from working

Last Friday (Oct 27 2017) was my last day at work, Monday morning is really my first day as retired old man haha! will have to keep up with my level of fitness.

My jobs over the last couple of decades have been fairly labour intense, October 27th will be my last day. Now I will have to exercise even more so...

I've worked for a home builder since 2005 and over the years see many rush to complete jobs and often don't care about their workmanship.

Being Atlas Strong means good workmanship.

It shouldn't be about making a quick buck and running away.

I thought I'd try 3 stairs at a time, it's a bit of a stride and have to watch my balance, got to the 9th floor and switched to 2 at a time.

I live in an apartment that has many seniors, and see what bad diet and lack of exercise eventually leads too. This is a shame because our building is walking distance to downtown, nature trails and the village (older part of our town. The trend I see is the small store front gyms that offer persona...

Vegan Challenge Update

Update Still Vegan and can say I've transitioned very well. What I have noticed is my body fat has reduce a lot, have a very lean ab section and muscular definition. Even on my days off I'll walk 5 mile to Yoga class and generally walk everywhere. I also do a lot of Tai Chi. Live on the 15th floor and will climb the stairs 2 at a time none stop.
