Re: Music bath

Classical music is great and today there is so much more to listen to, sound tracks from movies, even video games. Atlas would likely listen from a 78rpm record and maybe radio, today with the internet there's is a whole World of music at your finger tips.

elliptical machine

Tried the elliptical machine setting it at 13 which simulates hiking, pretty good machine. Gets me warmed up for some calisthenics on the floor area. One fellow commented on my exercises "that's quite some stretching your doing" he sez, I told him it was the Charles Atlas Dynamic-Tension® system. Mo...

Not sure how my diet will continue, staying with the soy or almond beverage (not called milk in Canada). Have been eating some fish plus fish oil capsules and a little cheese. Eggs only in ma...

Re: Charles and energy drinks?

I'm sure Charles Atlas would approve of the smoothie craze, made with whole food ingredients, and energy boosting juices made from vegetables and fruits.

walking in the snow

We got almost a foot of snow overnight, we go for walks along the river bike paths regulary. The paths don't get cleared so walking was a lot of fun, we do a big circle around and back to the apartment.

After we got back, my wife went out to test her snow shoes she got for her hiking expeditions.

A group exercise we did was to form a circle, heads towards the middle and in a plank position, take turns to do a push-up then palm the person ...
