I wish they would just leave the time alone, go half an hour and leave it.

Re: How can you get to your ideal weight?
I'm dropped my weight to my natural build, I'm now 140 lbs but that's my natural. At this weight I have my 6 pack abs and all my muscles are tone. By Canadian standards some may think I'm too skinny but I don't go by North American standards.

Re: How to lower cholesterol
Did blood work again and total cholesterol drop a fair bit and only slightly still above range, so I'll continue with what I've been doing. Everything else is great.

Re: Snow and Cold
The wind chill was -30°C a couple of days back but just layered for getting out, get out everyday. Today it's -1°C (31°F) with wind chill -3°C which seems warm and have had a little snow and later this week will be rain. A strange winter of very cold days then much warmer here in South Western Ontar...

Re: Getting rid of belly fat ~ easy
As time goes by eh!
August 2 2023 I weighed 156 lbs, then started watching saturated fat and cholesterol keeping it to my targets. Today I weigh 144 lbs and quite lean, pretty much got a 6 pack again. I eat a lot of healthy 100% whole grain bread for protein and fibre.

Veganuary - a plant base challenge
Some do a 31 day vegan challenge starting January 1st.
I've done 100% in the past years, nowadays it's more the middle way, doing a vegan challenge is a good way to learn to use more healthy food choice. I'm a fan of South Indian vegetarian food which includes some dairy and is delicious.

Re: Starting over
I was hanging from a pull-up bar, I usually do pull-ups and sometimes feet to bar leg raises. I use to hang upside down by my feet some years back from beams or scaffolding, then raised my feet up but didn't find a good spot to connect my feet but being upside down did some pull-ups with my feet str...

Re: Creating Motivation
I often walk in the rain without a brolly. I walk to the senior centre gym and sometimes it's drizzly. I try to challenge the fitter members to doing pull-ups or chin-up, push-up of all kinds and often on a medicine ball. I'll hang from a chin-up bar and lift feet to touch the bar (for reps) I alway...
