I originally ordered the free booklet (1972 UK) you could send for, and was convinced me to order the course. You can get a reprint copy of the booklet with the box set of "10 Steps to a Better Body".

I've taken a cold bath plunge, and last winter after Yoga class I would go on their outside deck in the snow barefoot and wearing only a tank top and shorts, walkabout and do some exercises, like the Iceman Wim Hoff.

Juicing and Smoothies
I juice mainly vegetables and veg parts that are not used in cooking like the outside parts of cauliflower and broccoli stalks, nothing is wasted. I use the juice to make a morning smoothie, adding any leafy stuff, peanut butter, yogurt, nuts and berries. I eat fruit through the day, banana with bre...

I get up early so I have plenty of time for light morning exercise then off to work. I work 4 days a week so train mainly on my days off, also use my job (building site labourer) as workout.
