Realistic
The thing that strikes me about the Dynamic Tension System is it's sensible realistic fitness method. Seems every time I look up calisthenics on the net it's always something about extreme athleticism, bodyweight exercise that many will never achieve because of it's almost like something for a compe...

There was a lot of jumping involved and I noticed my ear drum feeling like that when in an aeroplane, the coach kept pushing me to keep going ignoring my concern a...

You can make your exercises a success or a miserable failure
A great paragraph on page 3 lesson 1, the words there are so true. I find myself really enjoying the feel of the Dynamic Tension exercises, that steady slow pace of movement.

I'm thinking this doesn't mean doing dips twice a day, but split lesson 1,3 and extra changing lesson into two workouts. Lesson 3 would be a good lesson to practice each morning.I DO NOT ADVISE DOING THEM ALL AT ONE TIME, but a few in the morning and again at night.

Re: Follow The Course As Written
Most know I work for a builder which keeps me active, I have now gone to a 3 day (8 hours each) work week getting Tuesday and Thursdays plus weekends off. This gives me plenty of time to practice my Dynamic Tension lessons. My older UK version of the course reads... Practice each lesson until I send...

Re: healing
Dips between chairs can be quite strenuous on the shoulders, I do 3 chair dips and notice it works my shoulders. You can do kneeling 2 chair dips to ease any stress, I've done floor push-ups where when I reach my max I'll go onto knees and then after I've reached my point of no more I'd use a box to...

Re: healing
Depends how serious the injury is, even mild shoulder strain can take a long time. Do you have the Atlas Dynamic Tension System ? it has many helpful exercises.
