I completed the vintage program on May. I think that the vintage program is better if you want to increase your strength and power. I believe that this is because you do fewer exercises every day. From the perpetual lesson, I am doing exercises 1 through 4 in the morning as I get up and 5 through 8 at night, before getting into bed, exactly as Atlas recommends. I also train alone so I can concentrate more in my workout. I am working out first thing in the morning and last thing in the night so it's difficult to have a partner even if I wanted to.
