anyone using any protein powders or shakes... I add a heaping tablespoon of whey protein to my morning muesli, sometimes I'll buy protein bars for a between breakfast and 1st work break but they'll be the cheaper kind. well diets of the past without the benefit of today's science and advances sound off , all that milk may have made sense back them for the protein, but all that daily fat?....heart attack city. I am back to drinking milk because of the course but 1-3 glasses a day the most.

Graham crackers today are not the health cracker they were back then but atleast they have fiber, low fat and I believe low sugar. I buy mine at aldi or trader joes. Ginger I love and i use it to help with a healing digestion issue.

possibly. I did discover beet juice and bot is that a kick in the behind and good for asthma and livers issues research shows.

I was doing skim then went to almond milk for a long while. Now I am back to milk for the most part and its 2%, I keep mostly low fat in meat and dairy not veg. any suggestions for other exercise requiring balance...my hips are abit off and balancing on one leg is near impossible for example, I hold on the a tall chair back for now.
