Re: Follow The Course As Written

Hello Jim, I think that you do as Atlas said "Train don't Strain". All of us feel stronger some days and weaker some other, so I think it's wise to listen to your body. I personally try to do the course every day, but varying the intensity of it, both at repetitions (in dips, squats etc) a...

50s is quite young for Dynamic Tension, after a while you will feel better than 20s.

I do DT with my father in law in his 70s and he is a very good Atlas student!

Re: Getting started and keeping movtivated

Hello Vitaman, as Atlas always says, "Train, don't strain". We all have times that we are feeling stronger and other that we are weaker. Because this is not a contest but a healthier way of living through the Dynamic Tension system, every time, you must exert up to the point that you are f...

I agree with Bridge. The course as written is a complete, balanced, safe and enjoyable training system that fills you with energy and gives great results if you are persistant.

Re: Come on, let's get this party started!

I didn't have time to walk either, so I started bicycle commuting. Bicycling not only got by legs stronger, but also improved my cardiovascular health tremendously. If your home is not very far from office, I highly recommend it. Many bicycle commuters who work farther from home are driving half the...
