I get up early so I have plenty of time for light morning exercise then off to work. I work 4 days a week so train mainly on my days off, also use my job (building site labourer) as workout.

My wife is a regular hiker and does good size trails every weekend and now some evening hikes. I've worked on a variety of the exercises and feel really fit, and continue to exercise daily with the Atlas system which is great for me at 63. I've been using the Atlas methods sine 2000, I think the challenge is more for the person starting out on a fitness quest where results are more obvious.
