We want a realistic build anyways. I think an Atlas build is still attainable for a 52 year old man. Maybe not all of them. But it don't hurt to try. You'll at least get fit. And that's more important anyway.

I just walk. I'm not familiar with Nordic walking, but as long as it's walking, and brisk walking at that. Atlas rode an exercise bike in his retirement years. So I guess he'd approve of Nordic walking.

Vitamin, what time do you go to bed at night? If you're not getting your 8 hours of sleep, that can make you feel tired when you get up.
