Mix It Up!

I think that we all get stale and perhaps worn out if we exercise doing the same thing every day. It is good to change your routine from time to time. I have been doing the Perpetual Lesson exercises on one day, then just going for long walks of 3-4 miles and doing my favorite DT exercises the following day. It has been a great routine during this holiday season of shopping, relatives visiting, etc. and I really feel great by doing this. This is the great advantage of the DT course with over 90 different exercises to choose from. Happy Holidays to all.
