Age Is Catching Up With Me, I Guess!

I now alternate my workouts, starting 1-1-2010, doing the Perpetual Lesson along with my favorite DT exercises on one day, and going for long walks of 3-4 miles on the alternate day. This way I am really feeling better and stronger, and hopefully I can stay a little ahead of Father Time.
