How it feels to follow the principals of "Dynamic-Tension®"

By doing half of the Perpetual Lesson exercises in the morning, the other half at night, and by taking 3 mile walks in the middle of the day, or whenever I can fit the walks in, my energy levels have gone through the roof! I used to do all the Perpetual Lesson exercises all together and then go immediately afterwards for a 3 mile walk. By the time I finished, showered, and dressed, I was beat! So, if you are feeling tired or burned out, do as Atlas advises in the course, divide the exercises by doing half in the morning and half at night. The Atlas Course is amazing, it has all the answers, and it's wise to ocassionally reread it, as you can pick up all kinds of new points that you may have overlooked before, or just to refresh your enthusiasm.
