Just One Set

i was feeling a little burned out, working out every day, twice a day, and discovered something that is working for a senior citizen like myself. I just do one set of the Perpetual Lesson exercises in the morning, as many as I can do without really straining myself. Then I go for a 3 mile walk. This routine really wakes me up and energizes me for the whole day.
