"Gurus"

Post by Bridge »

There are many "gurus" on the internet marketing their "secret" exercise courses. Many of their "secrets" are what Atlas taught over 80 years ago! So-called new theories such as grease the groove, twice a day training workouts to increase metabolism, etc., Atlas taught back in the 1920's! Grease the groove or little workouts throughout the day, was taught by Atlas, and is one of the many great things about the course. Mini workouts throughout the day, especially on days when you are feeling tired from overwork or whatever, can really energize you, and get you going. The Atlas course is the best single fitness course ever written!

Bridge, I could not agree more with you!!!

Many of these new gurus, besides promoting the training philosophies Charles Atlas has been teaching for decades, even try to copy many of the DT exercises and claim them as theirs.

Atlas' course is the only course today that a person needs to build and maintain a perfect body. It's the least expensive, so why spend more on copy cats?

Body weight training (as it's known nowadays) has been around for thousands of years, it has always been popular. The Atlas System is unique that it takes care of the body inside and out, others may only be concerned with the muscular development or cardio and not the internal organs and strength that are in the Dynamic Tension Course.

I can't agree more.
Not only Atlas System it's the best, most complete exercise system that gives
you not only strength but great endurance too, it also offers timeless
advice on character and personality building.

I think that if it was a lesson in the schools it would help the children not
only physical but mentally too.

A genius masterpiece.
