Fitness isn't something to look at as a fad. Fitness is something to do to keep your body healthy. We need fitness at every age. Forum Admin

Neither Dynamic Tension is a fad. No fad can last more than 80 years!

I live in an apartment that has many seniors, and see what bad diet and lack of exercise eventually leads too. This is a shame because our building is walking distance to downtown, nature trails and the village (older part of our town.

The trend I see is the small store front gyms that offer personal training and bootcamps, also a lot of Yoga and such places around town.

Fitness is a must and I see many into it, but sadly also many not into it. I work 3 days a week so my off days I get to do much calisthenics and walkabout with my wife.

It can be looked at as medicine. Good medicine. Like sunshine. Sunshine has medicinal qualities, yet you don't generally think of it as medicine. Same with exercise.
