Close grip pushups off counter and isometric lateral raises while shoulder is healing any suggestions

Depends how serious the injury is, even mild shoulder strain can take a long time. Do you have the Atlas Dynamic Tension System ? it has many helpful exercises.

Dips between chairs can be quite strenuous on the shoulders, I do 3 chair dips and notice it works my shoulders. You can do kneeling 2 chair dips to ease any stress, I've done floor push-ups where when I reach my max I'll go onto knees and then after I've reached my point of no more I'd use a box to finish, I did that style at a boot camp.

Some friends have had good results from acupuncture but that's expensive here.

Using a muscle rub, raise the arm laterally to parallel, add the rub to the boney area of the shoulder not so much to the deltoids, this helps with circulation.
