eating cleaner is good...I dont really get into the gmo-anti gmo debate ( although they feed billions this way who would otherwise starve), still, Limiting packaged items, eating more veg then fruit and fiber. Yup I agree, An occasional cookie, graham cracker or something is not gonna kill you but I try not to keep it in the house.

I feel best when I eat "clean" -- no junk -- and though I love sweet stuff I keep it to a minimum. Still, at 76 one of the voices in my head keeps saying, "hey, what the hell, Jim, you've been a good (food) boy all these years, why not have a sweet?" So I eat a cookie or 2 most days. Pastry I keep to once a week. Onward!
