I noticed on my calendar that June is men's health month.
I'm now 66 and now retired from manual labour, so keeping fit is much more important and exercise is done every day. Group activities are a good plan, where I live are walking groups, usually along parkways for an hour and meet up for tea or coffee after to socialize. Apart from my apartment workouts I'll get out and hang out with others who do Tai Chi, down the street is a green where you can do Yoga for free outside.
