Often instead of meat I'll have tofu, particularity the pressed type of firm. I like Indian food a lot which is mostly vegetarian often with various types of lentils, really like Dal a spicy type of thick soup which can also be used as a gravy on rice or potato. A pretty good side dish is stir fry a ready cut bag of coleslaw for about 5 mins.or slice up some cabbage.

I never drink pop, way to sweet but sometimes a red non-alcoholic beer if at a social happening.

I should drink more water than I do.

Motivated....eating healthier...its amazing That Charles Atlas nutrition guidance is on the mark. With some exceptions that the passage of time and scientific updates bring Mr Atlas' nutrition advise is tried and true and a great motivator. SO much pseudoscience out there in regard to nutrition but tried and true win the race. Lets chat new and old students!

i do tofu as well, stir fry, smoothies soups, great with seaweed salad.
