I remember the CA ads in comic books. I was an avid collector in the 60 -80's...always wanted to order...alas got sidetracked back into the comic stories and being a guitar god....lots of research and i am happy to find inspiration in this course. Lots of common sense and info that still works or jives with current knowledge.
Glad to have this course still available....lets now get this board more active!

I ordered the course from a comic book. Actually, you didn't order the course thru the comic book ad, instead you ordered an ad packet that included the order form for the course. If you don't have a copy of Charles Atlas' booklet "How Dynamic Tension Makes You A New Man," I encourage you to obtain one.

I wouldn't know where to get Charles Atlas' booklet "How Dynamic Tension Makes You A New Man," do they sell it on the main site?

I originally ordered the free booklet (1972 UK) you could send for, and was convinced me to order the course. You can get a reprint copy of the booklet with the box set of "10 Steps to a Better Body".

10 Steps to a Better Body is now a collectors item and will cost you, online stores like Amazon has it.

What you get: The booklet, a tape measure, a poster of Atlas with exercise chart on other side, the 10 steps exercise course, fridge magnet, 6 trading cards and a discount coupon for the full course.
