When you don't know what to do when you look at the news or anything in your life turn to your health and wellness. Focus on yourself and exercise if you can't help at all. Worry just leads to more worry so the best thing you can do for yourself and everyone around you is to get exercising. It takes your mind off what you can do nothing about, it helps your endurance and it helps you to get strong. Be a positive force in life so when someone turns to you and asks you for help you can help them.
