It is a tremendous feeling being an Atlas Student. The Charles Atlas "Dynamic-Tension" system truly promotes an enormous strength and health of ones mind, body, and soul. Having developed myself through this system and embraced the health promoting lifestyle, I have become a much stronger individual in so many ways. This has allowed me to serve others well and live my life more abundantly. I'm am very grateful to Charles Atlas and the Charles Atlas community.
