Nutrition
Remember to check on your nutrition. Many packages on the serving size might say 2 not 1. This throws your nutrition off kilter. If the serving size says 2 times everything by 2 of course. Something that says 2 serving size could mean you are having 40 grams of sugar instead of 20. This is a big difference. Nutrition is a big part of overall health and wellness.

Re: Nutrition
I've been tracking my food and supplements for quite sometime, the online tracker I use will let me know if I'm low (grey), good (green) or over (in the red) my macro needs.

Re: Nutrition
Too many people talk about nutrition in regards to starvation diets as well as cutting calories. Make sure to never to starve your body. It will lead to weight gain, not maintaining weight or losing weight. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Space them out every three hours. Yes, you can have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, but in between those times make sure you have nutritious snacks, like a hand full of nuts, trail mix or a piece of fruit. Your energy will remain high during the whole day by doing this. Also stay within the 2500 calories for a man and 2000 calories a day for a woman. You got this.

Re: Nutrition
My wife and I would make veg juice for over a decade and went on to buy a 3rd juicer, the 1st was too small and the second the motor burnt out. Then we stopped because the blade screen was grotty and clogged, it wouldn't scrub clean, we then used a blender but not the same thing and didn't use.
I was telling my friend about a video then later at home only had carrots and cucumber and made juice. After I gave the blade screen an over night soak in bleach and water, wow! the next day it was like brand new and shiny. I guess I'll be buying some veg to blend today.
In the pulp bin I have a mesh bag made for veg and fruit shopping instead of poly bags, it's much stronger than a nut bag and also lets some fine pulp through when you squeeze more juice out of it in a basin. Empty basin then add water over the bag and get it soaked a bit (not too much water) and squeeze again, a good hand exercise. Today bought veggies to juice, carrots, beets and green apple. We used to always add celery but maybe next time.
