Fitness of Character

Remember not only fitness in your overall health is important, but fitness of character is important as well. Remember to be respectful of everyone around you, even if you do not agree with them. This will add to your overall health of your body and mind. Unless a situation comes to you that threatens your life, do not use a foul mouth or harm people with your words. Character of fitness is paramount to be a strong person.
