Need to start dynamic tension again

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and have to rely on a CPAP machine to help me sleep better at night. I haven't exercised since summer and I am having no energy to workout. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I went 15 rounds with George Foreman. I am seriously thinking of restarting dynamic tension as I have got to make a decision now about my overall health. I feel fat and out of shape and don't have the energy to walk like I used to. My bodyweight is 201 lbs at 5'8". I am 44 years old. My diet is horrible. I really want to turn it around though. Anyone out there experiencing the same thing?

When I re-discovered Dynamic tension in 2000, I was recovering from pneumonia, and had a huge cyst in my right lung. When Atlas spoke of breathing, I knew this was the way to follow. Even though I could barely stand up, I did what i could, plus decided to try acupuncture, the alternative was to have my lung removed. I went with acupunture for 3 months, each visit I biked to the Chinese Doctor and stopped at a park on the way there. I would do my Atlas exercises and Tai Chi solo form. I regained full lung function and after 6 months saw the specialist again, he was flabbergasted, adding "good job you didn't go with the operation". Dynamic Tension helped me along the way and today I'm very active, doing better than people half my age, I'm 57 today, work on a building site and train in martial art. The Atlas System will help you and guide you for the rest of your life.
